Delivery Services

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received after 4:00 PM may be processed and shipped the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, where applicable.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order details, shipping method, delivery location, and package weight.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Fast and Express Shipping

Fast and express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Rates for faster shipping services are calculated based on package weight, shipping destination, and selected carrier service.

Please note that express shipping speeds apply after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Rai Phalail is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
