Hassle-Free Returns on All Eligible Products

We offer a standard 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount of the original sale.

Free Returns Nationwide

We offer free returns nationwide through UPS for approved returns.

To receive a return label, you must first contact us for return approval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a Return Approval Code (RAC).

Please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without a Return Approval Code may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the applicable 20% restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
